DESCRIPTION
The EMA-MB91V460A-200 is an adapter board for flexible expansion and emulation of available or not available target memory connected to the external bus of the microcontroller.
The EMA-MB91V460A-200 extension board can be used for emulating any RAM or ROM memory with 8, 16 or 32 Bit data bus width connected to the external bus.
FEATURES
- Up to 8 MByte at 32-bit data bus width
- Selection of the maximum emulated memory size to achieve full compliance between emulation and real target memory
- Free selection of the emulated data bus width between 32-, 16- and 8-bit
- Selection of the emulated Chip Select signal via Options switch within Softune Workbench
- Simple Enable and Disable via Options switch within Softune Workbench
