The EMA-MB91F467T-NLS-144M08 in combination with the EMA-MB91V460A-00x replaces a MB91F467T microcontroller.
This probe cable can only be used for the following Microcontroller configuration:
- VDD5 = 5V, VDD35 = 5V
- VDD5 = 3.3V, VDD35 = 3.3V
