DESCRIPTION

The EMA-MB91F467B-SC-144M08 in combination with the EMA-MB91V460A-00x replaces a MB91F467B microcontroller.

In combination with EMA-MB91V460A-00x this probe cable can only be used for the following Microcontroller configuration:

  • VDD5 = 5V, VDD35 = 5V, MD3=0
  • VDD5 = 3.3V, VDD35 = 3.3V, MD3=0

    • While using this probe cable, there is no restriction on GPIO functionality for the above mentioned MCU configuration.
