DESCRIPTION
The EMA-MB91F467B-SC-144M08 is an adapter board w/o level shifters.
The EMA-MB91F467B-SC-144M08 in combination with the EMA-MB91V460A-00x replaces a MB91F467B microcontroller.
This probe cable can only be used for the following Microcontroller configuration:
- VDD5 = 5V, VDD35 = 5V, MD3 = 0
- VDD5 = 3.3V, VDD35 = 3.3V, MD3 = 0
While using this probe cable, there is no restriction on GPIO or resource functionality for the above mentioned MCU configuration!
The following Microcontroller configuration is not applicable with this probe cable:
- VDD5 = 5V, VDD35 = 3.3V, MD3 = 0
